Spring / Summer 2024: Apr. 28 – Aug 31, 2024 – $450 per night – 5 night minimum
Closed Season 2024: Sept. 1 – Nov. 2, 2024
Fall 2024: Nov. 3 – Dec. 21, 2024 – $450 per night – 5 night minimum
Holiday 2024: Dec. 22 – Jan. 4, 2025 – $525 per night – 7 night minimum
Winter/Spring 2025: Jan. 5 – Apr. 26, 2025 – $500 per night – 5 night minimum
Spring / Summer 2025: Apr. 27 – Aug 31, 2025 – $425 per night – 5 night minimum
Closed Season 2025: Sept. 1 – Nov. 1, 2025
Fall 2025: Nov. 3 – Dec. 20, 2025 – $450 per night – 5 night minimum
Holiday 2025: Dec. 21 – Jan. 3, 2026 – $525 per night – 7 night minimum
Winter/Spring 2026: Jan. 4 – Apr. 11, 2026- $500 per night – 5 night minimum

All prices are quoted US dollars and are nightly. Rates do not include 13% Anguilla Goods and Services Tax (GST) .

 

Payment: 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy: Refund if cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival, minus $200.00 administrative fee. No refund if cancelled within 90 days of arrival. No refunds for Christmas/New Years reservations. Non-refundable deposits are applicable to a future stay within one year of cancellation

 

Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard. Check In Time: 4 p.m. Check Out Time: 11 a.m.
