Winter/Spring 2026: Jan. 4 – Apr. 11, 2026 – $500 per night – 5 night minimum
Spring / Summer 2026: Apr. 12 – Aug 31, 2026 – $450 per night – 5 night minimum
Closed Season 2026: Sept. 1 – Nov. 20, 2026
Fall 2026: Nov. 21 – Dec. 18, 2026 – $475 per night – 5 night minimum
Holiday 2026: Dec. 19 – Jan. 3, 2027 – $550 per night – 7 night minimum
Winter/Spring 2027: Jan. 4 – Apr. 10, 2027- $525 per night – 5 night minimum Spring / Summer 2027: Apr. 11 – Aug 31, 2027 – $475 per night – 5 night minimum  Closed Season 2027: Sept. 1 – Nov. 19, 2027                                                                  Fall 2027: Nov. 20 – Dec. 23, 2026 – $500 per night – 5 night minimum            Holiday 2027: Dec. 24 – Jan. 2, 2027 – $575 per night – 7 night minimum Winter/Spring 2028: Jan. 3 – Apr. 22, 2028- $550 per night – 5 night minimum

 

 

All prices are quoted US dollars and are nightly. Rates do not include 13% Anguilla General Services Tax (GST) .

 

Payment: 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy: Refund if cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival, minus $200.00 administrative fee. No refund if cancelled within 90 days of arrival. No refunds for Christmas/New Years reservations. Non-refundable deposits are applicable to a future stay within one year of cancellation

 

Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard. Check In Time: 4 p.m. Check Out Time: 11 a.m.
