Crow’s Nest

Private Pool

Cool off anytime the mood suits you in your private pool. The pool features large steps for easy access and a large sitting area to read a book or get some sun while dangling your legs in the sparkling cool water. Max depth is 6’ 8”. Comfortable lounge chairs are provided for sunning and snoozing. Almond Tree comes alive in the evenings when special LED pool lights illuminate the pool deck and the villa creating stunning effects.

A beautiful outdoor shower installed in an Anguillan stone wall is available at the BBQ area for a quick rinse before and after your swim.

Sun Room and Pool Deck

Located just inside the villa is a large sunroom which provides an oasis of large ceiling fans and large comfortable wicker chaises for enjoying spectacular views of the sea and St Maarten. A powder room is located in the sun room for your convenience and is easily accessed from the pool area.

The sun room can easily be made private with sliding drapes and is perfect for additional guests when used with the villas Queen size Aero bed. A large flat screen TV is installed on the wall above the sun room and is easily viewed from the kitchen, dining or living areas.

The Living Room
The living room is separated from the sun room by a large arched entry area that is easily separated with sliding drapes. Deep cushioned ratan chaise lounges provide a comfortable escape for reading and afternoon naps. Request the Queen size Deluxe aero bed for up to 2 additional guests. The room has access to the powder room. A large flat screen TV is installed on the wall above the Sun room and easily viewed from the kitchen, dining or living areas. Enjoy spectacular views of the pool deck and St. Maarten day and night.

Kitchen / Dinner Area

Anguilla offers many of the top rated restaurants in the Caribbean, but if you must cook, Almond Tree offers all the tools and amenities you or your private chef will require. Oven – Ceramic Cook Top – Microwave – Dishwasher – Refrigerator – Toaster Oven – Coffee Maker – Blender and plenty of new cook ware and tropical motif dinnerware to set the table and the mood!

Bedroom

The bedroom is large and airy with a large blade ceiling fan and 4 large windows to let the trade winds sneak through the room at all times. The western windows provide the aroma of a tropical garden. A dramatic rattan King size bed with space foam mattress will caress your body after a full day of beaching it. Large closets featuring a floor mounted safe will allow you to keep your wardrobe and personal effects safely and in good order. A full dresser with vanity mirror is provided for the ladies, and chest for the men, to assure abundant storage even for extended stays.

Master Bath

One of the best experiences of an island villa is the open air shower. Completely private with entry from the master bath only, the shower is open to the sky. This allows the humidity to escape and allows you to be warmed by the sun or cooled by the moon. It’s a truly Caribbean experience you’ll be certain to enjoy. Almond Tree offers his and hers under mount sinks in a large counter area with plenty of storage for all of your personal grooming items.
