Winter 2012: Jan 2 - Mar 17 - $450 per night – 5 night minimum
Spring 2012: Mar 18 - April 30 - $425 per night – 5 night minimum
May Special 2012: May1 – May 31 – $400 per night – 5 night minimum
Summer: 2012: June 1 – July 31 – $375 per night – 5 night minimum
Fall 2012: Sept 1 – Nov 1 – $375 per night
Winter 2012: Nov 2 – Dec 21 – $425 per night – 5 night minimum
Holiday 2012: Dec 22 – Jan 1 – $500 per night – 7 night minimum
Winter 2013: Jan 2 – Mar 17 – $450 per night – 7 night minimum
Spring 2013: Mar 18 – May 4 – $425 per night – 5 night minimum
All prices are quoted US dollars and are nightly. Rates include all taxes and management fees.
Payment: 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Refund if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival, minus $200.00 administrative fee. No refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. No refunds for Christmas/New Years reservations
Payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard. Check In Time: 3 p.m. Check Out Time: 11 am
Prices based on double occupancy, additional persons @ $50 per night. Includes Queen Aero bed for additional guests. Cell phone will be provided with stay. Phone may be used anywhere on the island and calls may be made to anywhere in the world. “Top up” minutes may be purchased at most stores and gas stations on the island. Lost, stolen or damaged phones will be charged a $75 fee.
